This support reflects the Council’s commitment to enabling affordable, community‑led housing and unlocking sites to meet local need.

• 7x one bedroom (one person) apartments

• 3x one bedroom (two person) apartments

• 1x two bedroom (three person) apartment

• 3x three bedroom (four person) apartment & maisonettes

What’s Next?

We are now working on:

• Detailed planning submission to discharge conditions, including biodiversity, drainage, and archaeological requirements.

• Business planning to finalize the financial model for long-term affordability.

• Seeking a Registered Provider (RP) partnership to manage affordable rental homes.
